The basics of using BQFlow on campus.
Is BQFlow a wallet or a payment app?
Payments are processed by Paystack. BQFlow issues the digital credit and QR code for each payment and handles redemption at the counter. Students can also keep a balance in their BQFlow wallet to pay faster.
What if the merchant has no internet?
A student can read out the 6-digit code that sits under the QR code, and the merchant can enter it as soon as they're back online.
Can I use a credit over more than one visit?
Yes. If you pay ₦5,000 and only spend ₦3,000 today, the remaining ₦2,000 stays on the credit until it expires.
How do merchants get their money?
Earnings show up in the merchant wallet after each redemption, and merchants withdraw to their own bank account from the dashboard.
How do I sign in?
Verify your email and phone number once when you sign up. After that, sign in with your email, username or phone number and your password, with no code each time. Google sign-in is also available.
Is my payment information safe?
Card payments run on Paystack, which is PCI-DSS compliant, so BQFlow never sees or stores your card details. Redemptions are timestamped and logged.
